A. I don’t wish my CC details to be held for renewal.
B. I telephoned to renew my Startrescue plan 5 days before it was due. I payed by CC and payment failed, when at the same time I paid my Tax & Ins with same CC and payment was taken.
C. I had to recall Startrescue to do it again?
Having been with Startrescue for 4-5 years with 2 vehicles having never used it once yet. I hope if i do need to use the service it will be better than what I have experienced this week.
