Laura McGrandles has been dealing with my complaint and after originally requested a complaint to be logged in July they failed to log it until September. I requested a DSAR request of the call recordings as they’ve failed to provide me with the correct information on multiple occasions but now say they’ll only provide representative notes and not notes of the call recordings. I first requested the DSAR on the 15th of July specifically asking for a copy of the call recordings due to the lies they are told me, we are now on the 1st of October and I still haven’t received it. I had a call with John H today who proceeded do be rude and tell me that no complaint was open on my account even though I requested the complaint to be reopened on Saturday. I also raised a separate complaint on Saturday regarding the failure to provide the DSAR request which seems hasn’t even been logged AGAIN!!. John terminated the call by telling me to go to the ombudsman and tell them to request the DSAR! For those reading I’m sure will agree this is far from progressional.
