When I received my order I noticed that Star Listings International had spelt one of the names wrong on the message card, so I submitted a contact request on the 1st June. I still haven't received a reply and it's now the 21st June. Their obvious lack of customer service is appalling. It's a shame really because we received our order very quickly, but it was obviously rushed as no one checked for spelling mistakes.
