I ordered a listing two weeks before Valentine's day for my husband and it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of February. However, nothing was received. I tried sending messages to the customer service about 4-5 times over a week. I also tried calling them. I got no answer and no gift. I asked for the bank to refund me. Very bad service! I am very disappointed.
