The package I bought was lovely, and the wooden star and teddy of good quality. I am only giving a 2 star listing due to my experience of the customer service I received. I purchased my gift on a Saturday morning, and forgot to apply a discount code. I immediately emailed star listings, and followed the email up with calls on Saturday, Sunday and the following Tuesday and Thursday, but was unable to speak with anyone: I therefore left two voicemails. I emailed again and tried the chat function on several occasions all to no avail. I have still not received a response to any of my messages. I did consider refusing delivery of the item, but chose not to as it was a birthday present for my daughter. I will not, however, use Star Listings again.
