I recently bought a rubber stamp from Stampit for a fundraising event for Bowel Cancer UK and I'd misspelt the text when the stamp arrived. I was so upset but when I contacted Stampit they offered to replace the stamp free of charge which was so kind of them and shows a company with a heart. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.
