I ordered two Japanese style rubber stamps: 2 cm sq. Nice stamps. But I have found communicating with the company not so straightforward. Chat options dried up without questions being answered, though clarification by phone was a bit better. I really would like an embosser to use on my relief prints but my designs when uploaded lose corners (I think I want a square logo on an embosser which is round). I think I need the long reach heavy-duty embosser but it's not so easy to commit to a £180 purchase without clarity and my experience of previous enquiries has not been so good. Buying something I've never owned before is a bit of a leap of faith at such a price.
