Poor experience dealing with this store. The live agent was very helpful in confirming production and delivery lead times (1 week) but customer support is poor. The reason for the latter relates to the fact that is very hard to reach them via telephone, and when I managed to do as such - my query was forgotten - had to reach them again the next day. Even though they've refunded my order in full, their excuse for not having the order ready, shipped and delivered was justified by their lead time, which wasn't a problem when I proceeded with the purchase.
