This is my second order from Stampit and sadly my experience has not been as good as the first time placing an order. I ordered an embosser which took much longer to receive and upon receiving it I realised that the plate was crooked and did not make a big enough impression on the thin card. I had emailed Stampit almost a month ago with pictures of the issue and despite chasing them up twice I have yet to hear back.
very dissapointed with this service and quality of the product this time around.
