Wonderful customer service and helpful staff. Absolutely would have been five stars were it not for the fact that the embossing stamp I ordered arrived merely placed in a box with no packaging to prevent damage in transit (see attached photo). The stamp itself seems to be good quality apart from a small raised portion of the plastic dye which leaves an imprint outside the design (see 2nd photo).
