Very poor communications, no feedback as things are going, rude, being spoken to as though I was retarded, no respect. Not treated like a client, just some dirt on the road side.
Letting barely qualified staff in charge, who are clearly not been taught manners and how to speak to people, tragic and pathetic.
I have the idea that the five stars rating are fake
