I have bought a good few things from SBS and have found them to be really efficient and with great service and products. But I ordered a leather jacket from them uk size ‘42’ and they sent me a size ‘34’ so I sent it back. And ordered a replacement. Unfortunately someone in the packing department just shoved the jacket back in the bag and sent the same uk ‘34’ … again. It was a uk size ‘42’ that I originally ordered and it’s still a uk ‘42’ that I need. If that was my company and I had this level of incompetence in my packing staff I’d be thinking about sacking somebody. You’ve lost £1,000 worth of order and a good customer.
