I ordered cycling prescription glasses which arrived promptly. As I found it really difficult to fit the included clear lenses to the frame I phoned the providers and after explaining my problem they sent me a new frame already fitted with the clear lenses. No extra charge and the glasses arrived as promised within a day of my phoning them. 100% for good customer service and I really appreciated their prompt service. Can recommend this company and they actually have a direct phone number you can contact to speak to the helpful team. Brilliant!
