Splosh is a great way to help the planet! The system works well - I have a subscription, but if i need to change the dates that works well. I have found customer service to be brilliant - really going the extra mile. The 4 rather than 5 stars is that I occasionally have doubts about the quality of the products - especially the ones where you mix concentrate with water. Perhaps I don't always get the proportions exactly right - but I have found them hard to mix and sometimes end up too runny?
