Placed order on 14-11-16 no communication until I phoned on the 5-12-16 was told that we would receive the print proof by Friday the 9-12-16 did come so I sent email asking but before I received an answer the proof email arrived on 11-12-16 sent answer back the same day then I did receive an email stating I would get the item before Christmas It was not until after Christmas that I was told I would not get it ,I sent an email stating that I should have got that email before Christmas not after. I also requested that a manager contacted me this has not happened. Would I recommend them definitely not Based on their lack of communication This must be there policy through out the management of the company Hope this helps?
