Well I left with the tyre i'd pre-booked, so that was successful. Done quickly and for a good price.
The whole experience in the shop wasn't so nice.
There were no obvious signs telling you where to go, it was hard to tell who worked there and who didn't and nobody approached me for quite a while to see why I was there.
A little bit of improvement and signage would improve the overall experience.
