We rang quite late in the day to get a parcel picked up and to be delivered at 8am the following morning. Speedy Courier Services confirmed that they had a driver available to do this. They picked up the item and were at the delivery point on time, unfortunately the delivery point was correct, but the person required to sign for was unavailable. But the driver stayed on site whilst we tried to sort this out. After an hour the driver was finally able to deliver the parcel, even though this ended up at a different site. All I can say is that this company and the driver were absolutely fantastic in bearing with us whilst we got this sorted. 100% a massive thank you.
