Hello, I have moved into my property 3 years ago and encountered a screed issue. After referring this to the Architect it was deemed that matter is referred to the Screed supplier (Speed Screed Ltd). I referred the matter to them, please note that they never inspected the property or visited it to confirm what the issue was and just responded by saying it was due to impact. I am disgusted that no one even visited my property to examine this and the Architect had confirmed it was a bad batch that was laid but they do not want to know. I am in the process of seeking legal advice and contacting the SMAS. Please see the attached photos
