Steve at Softub Midlands was informative and helpful from the start. There was no pushy salesmanship and he answered all of our many questions very honestly. We had to wait 9 months for our hot tub, but it was certainly worth it as we are loving our tub. I would recommend the Artesian Spa range and Softub Midlands with no hesitation.
