Spent a day waiting in for a delivery that never came . Was onto their courier DX all day and asked for their help but they did nothing. Long story delivery did not happen but no apology or offer of help. I lost money in both unpaid wages and unfulfilled orders. This was my second order and first was OK some of the envelopes had no glue and cardboard stiffeners sizes varied dramatically .. product is actually OK but customer service atrocious.currently still not recvd second delivery after 5 days
