I’d managed to order what turned out to be the incorrect cables for my pedalboard’s power supply when ordering online! It was a Sunday so the shop was closed at the time so I emailed to ask for alternative cables in the hope of stopping the original order from going through. I received a phone call immediately on the following morning from the guys at Sounds Great Music - I think it was a guy named Danny - and he had seen my email and left me a voicemail confirming that he had stopped the order going through. But Danny also said that he suspected that I had managed to order the incorrect cables on my second attempt too. To my disbelief and embarrasment Danny was correct! So we ammended the order easily for a third time and the correct cables landed in my post the following day. There’s no substitute for a friendly and helpful person in this day and age of faceless, automated services. Thanks Danny and Sounds Great Music!
