“Very helpful and parcel arrived next day. So sad that they are closing down due to retirement but they have given great service over the years and will be sadly missed the day they eventually close the doors by many, I'm sure.”

“I found this shop via a poor review of another shop. I was very happy I took that reviewers advice, found what I wanted and the staff we very helpful checking I was testing the guitars with a similar setup to what I had at home. I did also go to the shop with the bad review out of interest, I can only agree with there description.”

“Bought a violin & arrived very quickly and in good condition but due to a heavy handed delivery man the bridge had been broken in transit. No trouble for these guys though, replacement bridge arrived in the next days post!”
