The website is very flexible in that you can sort on all manner of things and service was super speedy, the trousers arrived within a couple of days of placing the order and looked lovely. However, I didn't see anywhere on the website that the trousers I had ordered (Bella) were "slim fit" - there was a tag on them when they arrived indicating this. I would not have ordered them had I realised and it has cost me quite a lot to return them (insured), which I do rather resent and I will probably only ever order by phone in future, having first looked at the website to identify the ones I am interested in and then to check on the phone that they aren't slim fit before I place the order.
