Customer service outstanding. Was talked through best size etc to get. Disappointed with thinness of denim and Having only worn the jeans twice the knees are starting to look saggy. Despite an elasticated waistband waist is too big although fit in legs very good. Despite rave reviews for Robell And a friend recommending them overall disappointed and will not be buying anymore
