Received trousers within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately they did not fit so had to be returned. I requested a different size but unfortunately they were out of stock. Was phoned by SoSimply and spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to offer me a full refund. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately went on to their website to look at other options. Chose a different pair of trousers and unbelievably received an email within an hour to say that they had been dispatched. Fantastic service.
