Feeling very frustrated as I ordered a bookshelf, which was lovely but sadly didn't fit (order no #37826). I then returned the package via parcel force 1.9.23 (TWP9190681GB) and it was received by a D Jones on 5.9.23.
I have called countless times, left voicemails, sent 2 emails, I've messaged on two different Instagram accounts and absolutely no one has got back to me and my order still hasn't been refunded and it's the 21.9.23. Very very dissapointed for the terrible lack of communication.
