Had a few probs with the original bike we ordered seemed like there was a fault with that particular brand , Sally the owner reached out to me she was amazing with the service provided , and kept me fully informed I got a replacement bike For my little girl she was so happy also got a prompt refund thank you for the fantastic customer service hope to purchase from you again : )
