My experiance with Sonarworks Support was very good. All I had was a question about which version to purchase. (I wanted to make sure I would have access to "Translation Check" profiles such as NS11, but I wasn't interested in the Binaural features of "Virtual Monitoring".) The Sonarworks team member who responed understood my question and provided a clear simple answer. I was able to purchase the correct version. Misson accomplished. On a side note. I would urge Sonarworks to continue to focus some efforts on the Windows PC version of SoundID Reference. I've noticed that the software on PC is a little more glitchy than on Mac. However it's still a pretty good experiance on PC, and the benifits outweigh any inconviences. There's perhaps a bit of room for improvement still. But I still love SoundID Reference, and now that I've experianced the benifit it can make to my workflow, I gotta keep using it.
