Totally pointless upgrade from reference 4. Had to do it because they refused to create a Pro Tools ARM AAX for reference 4, even though I’d only purchased it two years ago. No difference in sound quality, and I don’t use the new gimmicky profiles like “car” or “ns10s.”
Basically had to pay a whole lot of extra money to keep using the thing I already purchased.
