I purchased one of Sonarworks products a few weeks ago : Sound ID Reference for Headphones, after several months of hesitating. Easy process to get the educational license and order, I highly recommend Sonarworks shop and service. Nice user interface and user experience on the website. Easy to find all information I needed before and after the purchase. Once linked to your account, licenses are easy to manage, even between different OS and devices. Didn't even need to use the Support Centre yet. I will probably buy a license for Sound ID Reference for Speakers and Headphones soon. One thing I would recommend Sonarworks to do is to provide more Headphones options to bundle with software. Also, maybe the software could update itself without downloading an exe file with a browser.
