I ordered two pairs of trainers and one pair of pumps. They arrived quickly and were all lovely and very nicely made.Very nice quality. Sadley, they were on the small side for me, so I rang customer services for some advice. The telephone was answered quickly and we had a chat about getting the best fit. The lady was very helpful so I returned my shoes to them and they were quickly exchanged for new ones. Although one pair is still not the right fit, I am keeping the other two pairs. I havent worn them outside of the house yet but if they bed in well I will definitely order more pairs as I struggle so much to find beautiful wide fit shoes.
