I now have 3 pairs of trainers the Sprint in navy and black and the Hero in white. First off they look amazing very modern and stylish and then the fit wow they are divine. I have various problems with my feet and they cater for them all. They are lovely and wide without looking like they are and the cushioned footbed is fantastic for anyone with a Mortons Neuroma. I changed the laces in the navy and black to white and they look so much better I wish white laces had been included as well. Sorry here comes the negative stuff I received 3 pairs of faulty trainers, two with wonky fronts and the other pair where the outside at the ankle was higher on one trainer than the other. I sent 3 e mails including photos to customer service and never got a reply to any of them. When I phoned the rather snooty customer service girl said "They are hand made if you are not happy return them for a refund" Not what you want to hear when you have paid nearly £200 for each pair. I told her I loved them and just wanted a perfect pair. After I received the exchanges I sent a thank you e mail to customer service and never even got a reply to that one. It is a great pity I had this experience please don't let it put you off buying from Shoe Bliss I may have just been unlucky. It certainly won't put me off buying more as long as the quality checks are stepped up.
