I purchased one pair of loafers at first, unfortunately i had to send these back . They where too hard at the back of the heel. I then went on to purchase two more pairs of flats. Although i usually take a size 7 i had to order a size seven and a half. I would order these shoes again but i do find them a little overpriced. That is why i have only given them four star
