Had issues with product download and customer service was slow to understand the issue. We were setting up a brand new computer where Windows had to be installed on ios. That's a pain as you can imagine and we are not experts in this area. Upon setting up we somehow lost the link for the download and had to request a new link. This is where apparently the confusion came in; as Software Geeks kept saying it's been sent, it's in your Spam.......but we couldn't get into anything on that new computer....because it wasn't set up yet! And, not sure what the old computer did with the link. So we went round and round a few emails before they finally just sent us another link. We felt like they thought we were lying or trying to steal another link! Which was not the case at all, we needed major support at that minute. Not sure if they ever understood what was happening on our side. To improve I would suggest they actually call the customer when these things happen to find out exactly how to help. With technology today Skype, Facetime, cell phones and old fashioned landlines...even my watch takes calls.....you can get ahold of anybody at any time! This is why I only give them 3 stars. I'd buy again from them with reservations. The lost link made the process even more frustrating than it already was.
