The order was processed promptly and eventually was satisfactory.
The customer services responded promptly to my questions, although we did not seem to understand each other.
It seems that I was missing, or failed to find, an activation key in the original communication. This was eventually received after several exchanges of e-mails. Not quite "well done", but getting there.
