You provide a fantastic service that I really can not fault but there's one or two things I think I should mention.
First is a minor one, the peacock socks I received are quite a bit tighter than others, They still fit but taking them on and off is a bit of a challenge - I don't expect a replacement but I was just making you aware.
And secondly is something that surprised me. I got an email about the new service you provide selling the socks individually, which is great, But I noticed there were actually only 2 socks on the shop that I didn't already own. Now don't get me wrong I'm all about quality over quantity (your socks are just incredible), but it really seems that those personality quizzes and things when you sign up are really unnecessary seeing as that over a period of time everyone will get the same socks anyway. It was good novelty fun working out which cat picture I was but it's easy to see that there isn't really a consequence to what you answer with - But I certainly hope there will be in the future :D
It's been a good laugh so far and you've already sent me a free pair to replace some I wasn't so keen on, so thank you so much for that. I can now safely say I have the coolest socks in town.
