soak was able to fill an order by telling me it was in stock so that it could be delivered to me ASAP unlike a more well known company Victoria plumbing who let me down. The only thing I can see that could be improved is that the courier company could have actually contacted me as they just showed up on the door a day later than expected without an email from then or a phone call
