Snuggles was very prompt in responding to our enquiry, asked relevant questions about our baby and our needs and provided a lot of detail about the sitter we would have. All of this contributed to a sense of trust.
The sitter was extremely competent and put me at ease. She was professional and friendly and I felt very happy leaving my six month old in her care.
