Having ordered the wrong size case I had helpful advice on the phone. My initial order arrived next day. The second order took five working days. Looks great and lovely colour. Not yet had refund for the one I returned but hopefully soon. Also tried to use the code to give me 10% off but it wouldn't work. Customer service on phone was good.
