I went in nervous when I first went into the clinic in London but then I was welcomed by Rebecca which was the most loveliest person ever! She made me feel so comfortable that my nervousness went out the window. She guided me through everything step by step and was patient with me. She also guided me through the payment options and told me to choose what was more suitable for me. Overall my experience was amazing.
