I ordered the Manual on January 28th. I am unable to rate the quality and completeness of said, Manual. The problem is that I have not received the Manual. I would truly love to get the Manual so that I can begin using my Cell Phone. This is my first Cell Phone. I have tried tracking my purchase. I was told to expect delivery by February 9, 2023. The last response I received was that the Manual was (supposedly) leaving the UK at 8:16 AM on February 15, 2023. That was a lie! Is there anything you can do to help?
