I followed up for my order since I didn't get any kind of status other than thanking me for the order email. A few days later I asked for them to provide the tracking number. They emailed they were delayed due to a cyber attack with ransomware. I decided to cancel my order. Too bad, since it's hard to find printed and mailed manuals online.
