Iphone X ordered on the 23/2/24
Delivered on the 9/3/24 but with faulty power cable
Contacted Smart Cellular through chatbot to get a new cable but after 3 separate conversations still no cable.
I was asked leave a review via Tim Roland and explained the situation and a new cable and ear pods were delivered in 2 days.
All sorted out by 22/3/24
The phone is in great condition with 87% battery life but the after sales support is a bit poor.
I'm afraid It spoilt what was a good transaction.
