I ordered an "Excellent" Condition Samsung S21, the phone arrived a few days after I placed the order, good so far.
I opened the packaging and was disappointed that the screen and casing were scratched, more than I would expect for an "Excellent" condition the phone is "Good" condition as best. It is disappointing.
