I already have lots of Sonos kit so know the product well. I just wanted a PlayBase to add to it. I've never bought any of it on-line before so this was a leap of faith. I'm glad I chose Smart Home Sounds. Service was Excellent. Fast ordering process, and a quick response to a question I asked about delivery. And the delivery service used (DPD) was excellent. They provided a slot time when it would arrive on Saturday and it actually arrived within the first four minutes of that delivery window. And of course the PlayBase is brilliant.
