Smart Home Sounds made me happy by: 1) Customising a Black Friday deal for the item that I wanted; and 2) Helping sort out its courier, when an attempt to deliver to the wrong address initially led to the order being refused.
But... I was not happy that Smart Home Sounds (marginally) beat its Black Friday offer the very next week (and for everybody). What kind of a loyalty discount was that!?
