Exceptional service when it counted. Xmas delivery went a bit pear-shaped with the courier, but customer service responded instantaneously and it all worked out. I was impressed by the genuine sympathy and care - it was not just lip service from some distant call centre. Kudos to Customer Service Advisor Tom.
