Customer Service 10 thumbs up ! My weekend Customer Service tech. were awesome. They tried to fix my problems via computer texting from Hugo which passed it on to Alfredo A both tried to help me and turned out to be a verizon router issue then i was introduced to Ana from Costa Rico who absoiutely hit it out of the park and helped me step by step to resolve my issue. She was amazing ! all 3 listened to me and never made me feel like I was asking to much from them. Problem was resolved and I even was helped how to navigate a few things on the app. 1 to 5 i recieved a 6
