This was my first order with Slims. I messed it up and ordered the wrong size wheel brush. I called them up Monday morning and asked if I could change the order, and spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady., and it was done. No problem, refund for the difference, as the one I needed was a little cheaper, was processed, new item added. I even ordered one more item to be added. I was told put a new order in, pay the carriage and we will refund that too, and they did, no hassle no drama. Package was delivered with in 48 hours, tracked. I am immensely pleased with my very first Slims order. They have a great range of products and suppliers. And the customer service was simply outstanding 10/10. I will, without a doubt, be ordering from Slims again 110% Well done. Sales and service as it should be.
