Do not use this company. Appalling in every sense. I ordered a 5ft bed. After a month I received the completely wrong order (a 4ft bed) which had to then be returned. I was told I would have to cancel my order and re order to receive my original order! Utterly ridiculous. When I went to re order the price had increased by almost €200! And when I emailed customer service multiple times to get assurance that my original purchase price would be honoured, nobody replied! Appalling customer service, would never use again or recommend. Utterly unacceptable that customer service would just ignore emails. ZERO stars!
